Patriarch. He was the son of Methushael (Genesis 4.18), and the father of Jabal, Jubal, Tubal-Cain, and Naamah (Genesis 4.20–22); according to Genesis 5, he was also the father of Noah. His wives were Adah and Zillah (Genesis 4.19).
