He is the author of over 80 books, past editor of the Journal of Organizational Behavior , and Founding President of the British Academy of Management. Advisory Editors is James Bryant Conant Professor of Education and Organizational Behavior at Harvard Business School. is Professor of Management and Organizational Behavior at the Stern School of Business, New York University. Volume Editors is Senior Lecturer in Organizational Psychology at the Manchester Business School, University of Manchester. She is currently co‐editor of the Leadership and Organization Development journal and book review editor for Stress Medicine . Susan has worked extensively with public and private organizations, including Customs and Excise, British Gas, United Utilities, and Child Support Agency, on a range of projects.
