It was created in response to the growing interest in human rights around the world – and at ISA – and to provide a space for people from a variety of disciplines and sections to discuss the gamut of human rights issues. It draws people from across the spectrum of ISA who, while having different specialties, approaches, and methodologies, all have a substantive interest in human rights.
